While on an island vacation, a couple of longtime friends had an idea to start a clothing brand as a way to connect with their high-school kids and bring their laid-back vibes to the masses. They turned to Woodshed to bring their idea to life.

The group knew they wanted to dive into the apparel industry but didn’t know where to start. They had some great ideas but needed to develop a cohesive identity and the products their target customers would love. Beyond design and strategy, they also needed a production partner and a robust ecommerce website.

Woodshed branded the new company, built the infrastructure, helped them launch, and seamlessly handed them the keys to run the business.

We started with several brand strategy sessions with the founders to dial in the target audience. From there, we developed a cohesive brand identity package.

Once the brand standards were established, our team got to work designing dozens of apparel graphics for the clothing line, launching with a collection of tees, tanks, and accessories that spoke to their target audience.

Our production team produced a photo/video shoot we held on-location that we later used in a series of web and social media promotional campaigns.

To complete the project, we created an ecommerce website to showcase the brand, and printed the company’s first apparel, just in time to get the boat out on the water and crack open a cold one!
